Speaker
Aungshuman Ghosh is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience as an Advocate, specializing in litigation and legal advisory services. He has practiced extensively at the Calcutta High Court, Bidhannagar Court, Mayuk Bhaban (Salt Lake), and Barasat Judges' Court.
Currently serving as an Empanelled Advocate for Punjab National Bank (PNB) and Central Bank, he has also held senior legal positions, including Senior Legal Advisor at Bharat TV Bengali News Channel and Gennext Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, he worked as Chief Manager (Law) at Galaxy Assetment Pvt. Ltd.
Academically, he holds an LL.B. from Calcutta University and an LL.M. in Criminology from Brainware University.
Beyond legal practice, he contributes to academia as an Assistant Professor at Kingston Law College under W.B.S.U.
He is actively engaged in legal and social advocacy, currently serving as Vice President of C.P.D.R. (India), Legal Advisor & Assistant Secretary of C.P.D.R. West Bengal, and President of the District Committee (24 Pgs North, C.P.D.R. WB). An Enrolled Member of the West Bengal Bar Council, he is also an Associate Member of the Barasat Press Club.
