ADMISSION POLICY
Indian Institute of Industrial and Professional Studies is a sister association of Virtual Times Consultants and Associated India Private Limited. Virtual Times Consultants and Associates India Private Limited is an ISO 17024:2012 and ISO 9001:2015 Certified company providing Certificate Course under the Brand Name of Indian Institute of Industrial and Professional Studies (herby collectively called as “We/Us/Institute”). The Institute is dedicated to shaping the future of individuals through high-quality professional programs. Our mission is to go beyond conventional education and offer practical knowledge that enhances the skills and capabilities of both students and working professionals.
The Admission Policy shall be as follows:
- Introduction
We are committed to providing high-quality industrial and professional education through a range of certificate courses, workshops, and other skill development programs. Our admission policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for selecting candidates who demonstrate the potential to excel in their chosen fields.
- Accreditation
Indian Institute of Industrial and Professional Studies is an private body and is not accredited by Bar Council of India, University Grants Commission or any other statutory body as it doesn’t come under the purview of the same. It has ISO 17024:2012 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
ISO/IEC 17024:2012 contains principles and requirements for a body certifying persons against specific requirements and includes the development and maintenance of a certification scheme for persons. It does Conformity assessment regarding General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons is an International Standard which specifies criteria for the operation of a personnel certification body (also known as a ‘certification body for persons’). Hence this certification serves as the basis for the recognition of the certification bodies for persons and the certification schemes under which persons are certified, to facilitate their acceptance at the national and international levels. Therefore, Certificates Issued by Indian Institute of Industrial and Professional Studies are recognized at both National and International Level.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Courses/Events
The Courses and events conducted by the Institute shall be published in the website. Eligibility, course fees, duration and other parameters shall be mentioned against each course on the website.
- Student
Student shall mean a candidate who has created an account in the Institutes website (www.iipsindia.net). Though the student has not availed or completed or availed only free courses, he/she shall be considered as student of Institute.
- Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria may vary based on the specific program. Please refer to the program details for accurate information.
- Application Process
Interested candidates can apply online through the official website (www.iipsindia.net). The student shall create their profile on the website by providing their accurate details. Further, they shall enrol to the course by paying the fees amount.
- Admission Confirmation
For paid courses/events admission is confirmed only after the full payment of prescribed fees. Candidates will be notified through the official website and via email/whatapp. Student ID shall be allocated to every student after admission, this shall be used as reference for all future communications.
- Fee Structure
The fee structure for each course or event will be clearly outlined in the official prospectus and on the institute's website. Fees are subject to change.
- Teaching Methodology
All the classes shall be in the virtual mode. The nature of course that is Live or Self-paced will depend on the nature of the course. The student can connect with us for doubt clearing via whatsapp at +91-9901556504.
- Assessment and Assignment
Certification shall be provided to only after successful completion of the assessment and assignment.
- Malpractice or unfair means or plagiarised content
The Institute can reject the answer script if any kind of malpractice or unfair means or plagiarised content is found. The student shall resubmit the assignment and assessment.
- Certificate
All students meeting the criteria for a Certification will receive E-certificate. If hardcopy is requested by the student, then the same can be obtained by paying the designated fee. Certificates will be dispatched via a reputed courier company or India Post, and if returned, the student may need to cover the re-couriering cost.
- Refund Policy
No portion of such fees so paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled notwithstanding the subsequent absence, suspension, expulsion, dismissal or withdrawal of the student for any reason. Once enrolled for any course/event or any other programs offered, the fees shall not be refunded however in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or any other force majeure events leading to the suspension or cancellation of the program, the institute will refund the fees paid for that course.
- Validity of Admission
The admission to any course shall be valid upto the tenure of the course as mentioned in course description. After the expiry of set period, readmission must be taken by paying prescribed fee amount however student shall have access to the said course.
- Access to course and course material
Students shall have lifetime access to all courses registered courses. However, Assignment and assessment for certification has to be completed within validity of admission period, Since lifetime cannot be defined, such persons will be given access to the course for at least fifteen years which shall be automatically renewed for further fifteen years unless terminated.
- Exclusive Account
The account created and the course access shall be exclusive for the usage of the registered student only. Sharing of login credentials or providing any mode of access is prohibited. Any such attempt will result in termination as well as other suitable action.
- Code of Conduct
All admitted students are expected to behave professionally, ensuring a positive and collaborative learning environment. The institute has zero tolerance policy for any kind of harassment or discrimination.
- Study Materials Ownership
The study materials for the enrolled courses are proprietary assets owned by the Institute. This includes, but is not limited to, course content, video, lecture notes, presentations, textbooks, and any supplementary materials. The student agrees not to share, reproduce, or disclose any part of the study materials, whether in whole or in part, to the public domain or any third party without the explicit written consent of Institute during and after completion of course. The study materials are provided for the sole purpose of the student’s educational and personal development. Any use beyond the scope of the enrolled course is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Institute. Violation of this may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, termination of enrolment, legal action for damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
- Removal of Doubts Clause
In the event of any ambiguity or uncertainty regarding the interpretation or application of these provisions, the decision of the Institute shall be final and binding. The Institute reserves the right to provide clarifications or make necessary adjustments to ensure fair and consistent application of the rules.
