As a First-Generation Advocate, she has established herself as both a seasoned legal counsel and an insightful legal educator. Holding dual LL.M degrees in Criminal Law and Business Law, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Criminal Justice, she currently serves as In-House Legal Counsel at a multinational company. Her expertise lies in contract negotiation, supplier management, and executing strategic contract approvals for global clients. Her legal journey spans startups, law firms, and universities, giving her a multifaceted industry perspective. As a master trainer at the Indian Institute of Industrial and Professional Studies, she is deeply invested in legal education and mentorship. Krithika also volunteers with NGOs such as Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, Magic Bus, and Rotary. With over eight years of experience, she believes in continuous learning and shaping the legal minds of tomorrow.

 

Adv Rahul Varma (Ex Master Mariner)

Adv. Rahul Varma is the founder of Ally Maritime and Legal Services (AMLS), a platform dedicated to delivering integrated maritime and legal solutions. A practicing advocate at the High Courts of Mumbai and Goa, he brings over 29 years of experience in the maritime industry. His professional journey includes 13 years at sea and 16 years ashore in senior management roles across compliance, business development, and ship recycling consulting. He has successfully led the implementation of international safety and quality systems such as ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO across vessels and operations. At AMLS, he also drives strategic alliances and client training.
