Assignment: descriptive type of answering at the end of each module

Assessment: both descriptive and objective type of answering at the end of course

Certification: E-Certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the course and completing both assessment and assignment. Hardcopy of the E-Certificate will be shared on payment of additional fee for the same.

Prerequisites: Anyone who is interested

Enrolment: Open enrolments start at any time

Marks/Grades: Students scoring between 90 and 100 marks will receive an A+ grade, those with 80 to 89 marks will receive an A grade, students achieving between 70 and 79 marks will be awarded a B+ grade, scores between 60 and 69 will result in a B grade, those with 50 to 59 marks will receive a C+ grade, and students scoring between 40 and 49 marks will receive a C grade.

Cancelation and other Policies: As per Terms and Conditions

 

This is a self-paced course. After successful enrolment, you can start the course. Once enrolled the course should be completed within 03 months from the date of enrolment. If not then the ennoblement will be cancelled.

 

An E-Certificate will be awarded within 24 business hours after submitting the assessment. The assessment consists of two phases carrying 50% of marks each. The first phase occurs at the end of each module. Please ensure you watch the entire video. Answers can be handwritten or typed. Scan (ensuring good clarity and alignment) or convert them to PDF and upload them to the provided Google Form. The second phase of the assessment will be conducted via the Google Form provided.

 

P.S. Completion of the assessment is mandatory for obtaining certification. In cases of excessive plagiarism, the Institute reserves the right to require the student to re-attempt the assessment.

Module 3: POSH ACT 2013

This module explains objective and about POSH ACT 2013, Timelines as per the Act, Birds eye view of Procedure as per the Act, Consequences of Sexual Harassment along with bursting some myths.

 

Module 4: Redressal Mechanism and Documentation

In this module Importance of Drafting, Complaint Drafting, Inquiry Procedure, Draft Enquiry Report, Documentation of Meetings of ICC, Annual Report drafting shall be navigated along with bursting some myths.

 

Module 5: Online Complaint

This module explores the procedure of Filling Online Complaint at She Box.

 

Module 6: Best Practices

This module shall explain What Should an Organization / Employer Do? Actions and diffusing potential sexual harassment issues before they occur and Best Practices by Employees.

 

Module 7: Comprehensive Internal Policy Framework and Stakeholder Roles

In this module Internal Policy Development, Developing and Implementing POSH Policies, Roles and Responsibilities of Various Stakeholders, Reporting and Investigation Protocols and Policy Implementation and Compliance shall be studied.

 

Module 8: Soft Skills for IC Members, Trainers and HR

This module explores Consent, Sexual Harassment, Sex discrimination and relationships, Effective case-handling methodologies, Ethical Considerations and Confidentiality, Body language and investigation skills, Examining witnesses and evidence, Conflict Resolution Techniques and Sensitization and Awareness.

 

Module 9: Illustrations and solutions

This module covers Illustrations and solutions

 

Module 10: Case Laws

This module covers landmark judgments under this Act.

 

Module 11: Birds eye view of the Act and Revision

This module covers Sexual Harassment and Gender Discrimination, Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and Birds eye view of the Act.
